Returns: Merchandise purchased from USB-C.store may be returned for store credit or exchange only within 14 days of delivery if accompanied by original receipt and in original condition and in original packaging. Returns must be pre-authorized by calling 888-855-2534 returns received and not pre-authorized will be subject to 20% restocking fee. Non-stock items, special orders, lighting and polycarbonate items are not returnable. Refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise we are unable to replace. Actual cost of shipping item to you will not be credited or refunded. Store credit is valid for one year from date of issue. Thereafter, unused credit is forfeited. Claims for defective or damaged items must be filed within 14 days of delivery.
Cancelations: items may be cancelled 24 hours after placing your order. Please call 888-855-2534 or email [email protected] to cancel your order. After 24 hours, orders will be processed and the item you purchased will be unable to be cancelled.
Incorrect, Defective or Damaged Items:
- If you have received an item that has been damaged during shipment, please contact USB-C.store Customer Care at [email protected]
- Do Not sign for the delivery until you have inspected it and are 100% sure that your furniture is perfect. USB-C.store will not be held responsible for items after they have been delivered and signed for.
- If damage is visible, reject the shipment, be sure the driver notes the damage and contact USB-C.store Customer Care at [email protected] as soon as possible. We will file a damage claim with the shipper, pick up the damaged item or ship a replacement or replacement parts as soon as possible.
- For damages concealed at the time of delivery, promptly take photos of the damaged item and the packaging within 24 hours of delivery. Do not throw out the any packing.
- If the item(s) sent was incorrect, or defective, please contact USB-C.store Customer Care at [email protected] immediately. Please do not send back these items prior to contacting us.
- If you have received a damaged product that can be remedied with replacement parts, and choose to return an item rather than accept replacement parts, you will be refunded the amount of your order less any unpaid shipping charges (see above).
- Photos are often required and always suggested so that a claim may be made with the shipping company.
- While we make every effort to accommodate our customers’ needs, we are also committed to honoring the work of designers willing to tailor a product to individual specifications. Because this effort takes significant time and resources, requests for made-to-order products must be cancelled within 48 hours after placement of order.
We cannot accept returns on made-to-order products.
